*Day Out*
Today was off to East Coast Park. There were suppose to be more people joining us, but due to various reasons, it was down to Vivian (Lim), Min Yi, Abi and myself. Met at 2 at Junction 8 today and when I first saw Vivian, I could barely recognise her, I mean, she cut her hair so much. Not that I can say much about it, having lost like half of whatever I had......
Well, either way, after we met up with Min Yi, we're off to the Park. But honestly speaking, the ride there was a killer. It was so darn long, I fell asleep the entire way, while the girls talked and rambled on. (Heaven knows where they got so many things to talk about, but I guess girls being girls will always talk...ALOT)
So yea, we got off the bus....opposite Victoria Junior College.....and that's when I started to lose interest in things. You see, I've always wanted to get in there, but I was slacking through the O levels and well, as expected I got a big fat 11. Now I know that its not exactly a low score, but its just not up to my standards. Anyway, I started to get quiet, which is probably a side that the class hasnt seen as of yet. Thinking about how I couldnt get into the school and seeing as how it looks like a great school, it pains me to the core.
Well, enough of that emoing.
We dove straight for the bicycle rentals, haha. And again (As usual) my bike is always the more expensive one. Why? Because I need a big one. At least it works though, cant really complain much. Submitted the Ez-link cards to rent the bikes out (Took Min Yi's one too, but being the gentleman that I am, I didnt look at it, nice right? Haha) East Coast park is still as big as ever, after an entire hour of cycling, we were still seeing the beach, the sand, the sea. It was just so peaceful and yet so bubbly with life. The perfect getaway for when you are down and emoing. But.....Abi called me halfway through our ride and told us to meet up with him...we turned around and cycled for about 20 minutes before we met up with him. And in those 20 minutes, Abi called me twice, I picked up the phone WHILE on the bike, got my left hand to cramp because I was holding onto the bike so darn hard while I was taking the calls, nearly crashed into 3 bicycles and learnt how to ride without hands. Yup, a lot of things happened in that 20 minutes. But the best part is that, while we were looking for Abi, we rode past each other twice, and while we were on the same bridge (but on opposite ends) we called each other and after 3 whole minutes of calling and stuff, finally realised that we were within sight of each other. I feel so retarded now......
Well, lots of things happened. Raced Abi. Went on the roads. Vivian got a heat rash (poor girl). Min Yi's hair was all lioness-like. Helped Vivian carried her bike all over the place. Ate ice cream. And thought about VJC. Realised that since I am already posted to AJ, I might as well make do with it. Hehe. Just smile and make the best out of the things that I have. Its not a bad school really, the people there are amazing and the environment/surroundings isnt bad at all. enjoying myself there and watch out people, because I am going to work hard to beat you. That was so egoistic XD
