*Earth Hour*
Earth Hour has dawned upon all of us, and let us all respond to the calls of Mother Nature and do our part in saving ourselves. Honestly, this international event is merely an advertisement to get the people to actually start doing something about what we humans have done. Honestly, humans are the most despicable, dirty, creatures that ever walked on the surface of Earth. In the short time that we have spent on this planet that we call home, we have done so much to destroy the very thing that gave us life. Is our intelligence a blessing or a curse doomed to destroy our very existence? The very thing that made us the successful beings that we are, is also the very reason why we may go extinct. We say that we are protecting the environment, protecting the world. But will the planet really die out? No. It is us that will be eradicated from the world. Planet Earth will be scarred, but thats all there is to it, a mere scar. It will recover. Extinction on the other hand cannot be reversed, just like so many of the animals that we sent to their graves.
What happens to the dog that bites the hand that feeds it? Well, it gets put to sleep.
