*Everything has its element of fun*
Lets see now, AJC is currently having the students carry out their "Physics Challenge" and each team has to come up with a prototype, with Solar Cells. In a nut shell, that is what the Physics Challende is. And honestly speaking, the first time I heard about it, I couldnt care less, it just wasnt something that interested me as a student, mainly because I dont really like Physics all that much, but that is out of the point here.
THE POINT is that I was spending a lot of time yesterday in school. Gosh, the amount of photos that the Photographic Society needs to sort out is simply, or not so simply, monstrous. And there were so many good ones, it was dazzling and mind-boggling. But reality is harsh and so many of the photos were rejected....mine included (DAMN! Guess they werent good enough for the exhibition). Not that I could do anything about it. After 4 whole hours of choosing and applying the watermark on EACH photograph, well thats about it for the photography side actually. I am really looking forward to the exhibition and the presentation that will be up soon, probably because I can get to see my photos. Haha. That sounded really egoistic! Ugh!
Hmmm, after the photography.....oh yes, I met up with Steven, Dionne and Nadia (Zhi Hong wasnt there....again) oh, and in case you are lost, they are my teammates, yea. Well, by the time I got there, I was drenched in my own perspiration (The humidity didnt really help much). They were sitting there in the MacDonalds at AMK hub and man was the table in a mess. There were batteries and wires and screwdrivers and scissors and pens and pencils and cutters and plastic and paper and a cap and of course, a MacDonalds meal. That scene I saw, wasnt something you get to see everyday, I'll tell you that much. I noticed the staff looking at us with those eyes filled with frustration, inquiry and pure irritance. But as teenagers, we couldnt care less.
Not too long later, after lots of cutting and taping and laughing, the Solar Powered Fan Cap was finally complete. Well it doesnt really look that amazing, but it works. But unfortunately, somebody had her hair tangled with the fan, because it was too close. Sorry. But, then I got to be the Guinea pig for the prototype and well, it wasnt all that bad, the breeze the fan made wasnt that strong to irritate the eye and as a bonus, the cap and be shifted to blow each side of your face. I was rather impressed with it at first, but it started to feel ridiculous wearing that thing on my head. Well, I think I'll let the picture do the talking.

Ok I know I look awful in this picture, but yup, that is me with the fan cap on....that Tomato Fan really was cute though XD
Well, this may not be the best project that I've been through, but I certainly had more fun than I thought I would. Thank you Steven, Nadia and Dionne for making this so much fun. Guess it goes to show that, there is ALWAYS an element of fun, just that we need to find it.
~Keep smiling people~
