But the lesson wasnt all that good actually. Dont get me wrong now, the instructor was great and the students were really happy with him. Met a couple of people and chuckled with them from time to time, so it was an enjoyable course. However, it was the things taught in the course that bored me. Being someone with the basics of the basics, it wouldnt take much for me to learn something new, but somehow, the course taught the basics of the basics. So I was sitting there and listening to a bulk of things that I already knew. Plucking, a couple of chords, types of guitars, the names of the parts. In fact the only thing that I learnt was to play individual notes. So at least I learnt something. Wish I was in the Guitar Ensemble though......
Well next part of the day was spent with half my class. We went to the hall and played some table tennis, I did some weight lifting with the bowling ball my friend brought and the girls sat on the stage listening to the piano play. And I realised something, my class may not be the noisiest, the most active, the most enthusiastic, the most fun. But we are not the most boring, the most lifeless, the dullest. We are an amazing class made up of amazing people. And I smiled at that thought, because I am proud to be a part of PDG 1509. These guys are amazing, and I wouldnt change that mindset. Anyway, we went to AMK Hub to have a hearty meal and throughout the entire time, Uwono and Chow were beatboxing away. It was entertaining, but just imagine having two amateurs beatboxing down the road, on the bus, in the mall, at the table, walking around the food court. It gets irritating after a while (Though everyone of us started to bob to their beat some time later, Haha) And then we were off to take pictures. Now, stop and picture this. 11 people, at a food court, squating down at the end of a table, with 2 cameras pointing at them, while laughing and giggling like there is no tomorrow, and then making a lot of noise. Yup that was us at the food court when we took the photos. And then we were moving so many darn things around that people stared at us more intently than they already were.
Sure we looked like complete idiots, but I'll tell you, we had lots of fun and we enjoyed ourselves. I love my class
